Beef tenderloin orders require a $60 non-refundable deposit for each roast.
When you pick up your order you'll be charged the remaining balance, based on the actual weight of the roast.
Whole tenderloins are on average 3-4 lb boneless roasts. Orders >4 lbs will be in multiple pieces.
For Filet Mignon (tenderloin portioned in 6 or 8 oz. pieces), please include your request in the "Notes for Your Butcher" section on the Cart checkout page.
Recommended portion: 1/2 lb per person
