A crown roast of lamb will certainly turn heads at your dinner party!

Crown roasts are formed by taking 2 racks of lamb and linking the ends in a circle, with the bones pointed upwards. A crown roast is a minimum of 16 ribs, and comes frenched (the tips of the rib bones are exposed).

Each individual rack has 8 ribs and the average weight is 1.5-2 lbs.
